Yup buy now return later unopened. It does require a 2yr contract but this is by far the cheapest way to get a new 3g phone.
For those who unaware - Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving. There will be long lines thats why I suggest you buy earlier.
For even more protection buy with an American Express credit card which has a 90day return policy and doubles the warranty FREE. This way you are totally covered without having to buy Best Buy expensive warranty plan.
