I just used the certificate at Alondra Hot Wings. When I asked if the certificate was valid, the hostess just smiled and said "sure". Even though, it states minium $35 on food, I don't think the restaurant really cares. Overall, great deal paid $35 for enough food to feed 4, when the bill was originally $60.
